- Booking and Payment
To book DJ Samoha for an event, please fill out the booking form on our website or contact us directly. A deposit is required to secure the booking, and the remaining balance is due before the day of the event. We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
- Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule the event if possible. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the full balance will still be due.
- Liability
DJ Samoha is not liable for any damage or loss of property during an event. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue and equipment are suitable for the event. We will not be held liable for any injury or harm caused by attendees of the event.
- Music Selection
DJ Samoha will work with the client to select music for the event. We reserve the right to refuse to play any music that we deem inappropriate or offensive. If the client has specific music requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
- Termination of Service
DJ Samoha reserves the right to terminate our services at any time if we feel that the client is not meeting their obligations, if the event is in violation of any laws or regulations, or if we feel that the safety of attendees or our staff is at risk.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the DJ Samoha website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DJ Samoha and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the website without our prior written consent.
- Modifications to Terms of Service
